Terms of Service | guidance tutors

Last updated: October 11, 2026

These terms apply when you use the Guidance Tutors website or take classes with us. Guidance Tutors (Al-Hidaya Teachers Academy) is operated by Guidance Tutors LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By booking a class or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Our service

We provide live, one-on-one online classes in Quran, Arabic, Tajweed and Islamic studies for children and adults. Classes take place over video, at times agreed with your teacher.

Accounts and students

A parent or guardian must register any student under 18 and is responsible for the student’s participation. Please give us accurate contact details.

Subscriptions and payment

Plans are billed monthly in US dollars and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Cancellations, missed classes and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

Class conduct

We ask students and parents to treat teachers with respect. Classes may not be recorded or shared without our written permission. A parent or guardian should be nearby during classes with young children.

Teachers

If a teacher is not the right fit, you can ask us to change the teacher at any time.

Learning results

Progress depends on practice, attendance and the student’s level. We teach and support your family, but we cannot promise a specific result.

Intellectual property

The materials we provide in class and on our website belong to Guidance Tutors or its licensors and are for the student’s personal use only.

Ending service

You can cancel at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end service if these terms are broken.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Guidance Tutors is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last month.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
