This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, missed classes and refunds work at Guidance Tutors (Al-Hidaya Teachers Academy), operated by Guidance Tutors LLC.
Free trial class
Your first class is free. You do not pay anything to try it, and you are under no obligation to subscribe afterwards.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.
Cancelling your subscription
- To cancel, send us a message on WhatsApp at +1 267-300-4382.
- Your cancellation must reach us at least 5 days before your renewal date. If it arrives later, the next month will be charged.
- After you cancel, classes continue until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel in the middle of a month, we do not refund the classes that were not used, and the subscription stays active until the end of that month.
Missed classes
- If the student cannot attend, please let us know at least 3 hours before the class. Classes cancelled with this notice are rescheduled.
- Classes cancelled with less than 3 hours of notice, or missed without any message, count as taught and are not rescheduled.
Teacher absence
If the teacher misses a class, we reschedule it at no cost to you.
